The Recipe:

  • 3 - 8oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 onion, chopped or small package of frozen chopped onions, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with Fritos.
